VAUXHALL TOPS BUSINESS CAR'S WEBSITE RANKINGS FOR FIFTH YEAR RUNNING

Vauxhall has been awarded top score for the fifth consecutive year by prominent fleet magazine BusinessCar in its annual Web Rating Survey. Judged on 10 key criteria, including ease of use, telephone/live chat, email response, social media, P11D prices and data and tax calculator offering, Vauxhall's website is "once more the industry benchmark," according to BusinessCar.

Scoring an impressive 89 per cent overall, easily triumphing over a number of rivals, the website was described as having “so much useful content, with half a dozen handy calculators for various benefits and costs when some sites don’t even have one.”

The judges continued: “The same content is available on your smartphone, too. It’s easy to find P11D prices, and there are even historic price lists should you need to check the value of an older car. What’s more, Vauxhall’s Road Trip app for logging business miles and expenses is one of the most useful around.”

BusinessCar, which has published the Web Rating Survey for ten years, independently assesses the digital strengths and weaknesses of the top manufacturers in the fleet industry across 10 key criteria in the only independent analysis of its kind in the sector.
