Gravesend's Ellie Crewe wins £11,500 Special Edition Suzuki Swift SZ-L during live screening of ITV's Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway

Gravesend

Ellie Crewe, from Gravesend in Kent, has collected the keys to a brand new '16 plate, Bright Red Special Edition Suzuki Swift SZ-L. She was presented with the five-door model worth £11,499 at the Welling-based WJ King Suzuki dealership, after winning it during the live screening of the Suzuki sponsored-Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway show in London.

Ellie, who works for the county’s police force, successfully applied for tickets to be in the audience for the weekly ITV programme, and went on to be picked at random by the celebrity hosts from the 100 people in attendance. Correctly answering all eight questions during a 60-second quick-fire round, she then gambled on the upgraded prize, and proceeded to go home with the car, £10,000 and a holiday abroad.

The recently-launched Swift SZ-L is the first Suzuki to be owned by Ellie and is set to be put to good use during her commute to work and for travelling to social engagements. Based on the hugely popular SZ3 variant, the vehicle comes with stylish exterior featuring LED daytime running lights, Gloss Black 16-inch alloy wheels, a rear upper spoiler and distinct SZ-L badging. On the inside, there is a USB port, DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity, air conditioning, satellite navigation, cruise control and silver stitching on the Sport-type steering wheel and seats. Safety is paramount, and therefore the car is equipped with seven airbags and ESP at no additional cost.

The stylish Suzuki Swift is one of the cleanest and most popular models in its class. Boasting CO2 emissions as low as 116g/km and annual road tax of just £30 per annum, the highly-efficient 1.2-litre petrol engine delivers an impressive combined fuel economy of up to 56.5mpg, thereby offering today’s motorists an extremely affordable ownership proposition.

Ellie Crewe, said: "It was an amazing experience to come away from the show with such incredible prizes, and winning the Suzuki Swift was a particular highlight. It was equally a very exciting moment when I received the keys to this great looking car, which really brought to life how lucky I am. I look forward to driving it for many years to come, and to showing it off to friends and family."
