VAUXHALL TOPS BUSINESS CAR'S WEBSITE RANKINGS FOR FIFTH YEAR RUNNING

VAUXHALL TOPS BUSINESS CAR

Vauxhall has been awarded top score for the fifth consecutive year by prominent fleet magazine BusinessCar in its annual Web Rating Survey. Judged on 10 key criteria, including ease of use, telephone/live chat, email response, social media, P11D prices and data and tax calculator offering, Vauxhall's website is "once more the industry benchmark," according to BusinessCar.

Scoring an impressive 89 per cent overall, easily triumphing over a number of rivals, the website was described as having “so much useful content, with half a dozen handy calculators for various benefits and costs when some sites don’t even have one.”

The judges continued: “The same content is available on your smartphone, too. It’s easy to find P11D prices, and there are even historic price lists should you need to check the value of an older car. What’s more, Vauxhall’s Road Trip app for logging business miles and expenses is one of the most useful around.”

BusinessCar Editor Paul Barker commented: “Vauxhall’s continued emphasis on providing the best online offering to business car fleets and their drivers has again been proven by our exhaustive analysis. It's increasingly important to support and inform businesses and employees through web sites, mobile sites and apps, and Vauxhall’s continued development and innovation of its digital presence has once more kept it at the top of the BusinessCar website survey.”
Vauxhall Fleet Sales Director James Taylor said: “We’re thrilled to be recognised by BusinessCar for our website, which we consistently enhance to suit the needs of our customers. We’ve identified what’s important for fleet drivers and managers, and ensure we address these requirements on our website. To be recognised for the fifth year running underlines our long term commitment to the best customer service in the industry.”

BusinessCar, which has published the Web Rating Survey for ten years, independently assesses the digital strengths and weaknesses of the top manufacturers in the fleet industry across 10 key criteria in the only independent analysis of its kind in the sector.
