Call Centre / Contact Centre Operator
We require a Call Centre / Contact Centre Operator for our Business Development Centre.
Ideally you will already have call centre or customer services experience. Your role will be working as part of a team to help answer incoming calls, generate appointments from inbound and outbound calls and make bookings for our busy service departments.
You will be working on a rota basis as our Contact Centre will operate 7 days a week.
A positive approach towards delivering a first class customer experience is essential in this role.
