A panel of automotive experts judged hundreds of entries from leading dealer groups in the UK and overseas, as well as a number of independent garages and workshops.
The Bromley Dealer has seen an increase in customer satisfaction and sales since launching the videos. All team members are involved in the production, which includes checking the weekly submissions for quality and quantity.
Richard Etheridge, Service Manager at WJ King, said: “It’s our reward for the big effort we’ve made with CitNOW since we started using it on 1 January. It shows you can get the recognition if you put the effort in.
“CitNOW is a fantastic programme, and the award has been a boost for morale now people have seen it – and obviously Jordan’s pleased with it, too.”
Andrew Howells, Chairman and Founder of CitNOW, said: “The professionalism and volume of the entries we received is demonstrative of the impact video continues to have on the automotive industry; it is hugely rewarding to witness dealers and workshops embracing the benefits of the technology, exercising their own creativity and enhancing the customer experience.”
WJ King Bromley SEAT is now looking to improve on this result with a win in the 2017 awards.
