WJ King have recently introduced some new EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH awards to reward their Sales Teams on excellent performance.
These awards are to recognise our staff members for outstanding practices across different categories. Throughout this quarter we will be presenting our best performing sales staff with individual prizes to congratulate them on a fantastic achievement.
The purpose of these awards is to recognise outstanding employees, motivate our team to excel and congratulate those members who go above and beyond for their customers. For each award there are set criteria that need to be achieved to ensure our processes are being met.

The Monthly Staff Awards recognises outstanding professionals from WJ King Group. The winners are evaluated based on their knowledge, skills, and achievements in their respective roles.
