We were very satisfied with the level of service, as we had 2 older cars to trade in towards our chosen vehicle. We dealt with Sukhvir from the start, and all stages were explained in normal terms. I had my service carried out at WJ King Seat Sidcup fantastic service everything was explained to me very well before service was carried out. I was not aware a recall on my car was needed which was a surprise however, I was glad they had notified me. The car was cleaned thoroughly before returning my car really pleased.

5 star service from Sukhvir Mattu when I purchased a Seat Arona from WJ King Seat garage in Sidcup. Having spent the last 12 years driving a manual Vauxhall Mokka I made the switch to an automatic. Sukhvir was extremely patient and if I’m honest fairly brave as well as I’ve never driven an automatic before. He explained everything and put me at ease telling me to call back anytime I need anything explained. Would definitely buy from Sidcup Seat again.

I have just brought my first Seat car. I have for the last 30 years been a vauxhall only driver and was petrified of making a change but then I met Ashley as we entered the showroom. He honestly is the most friendly,helpful and patient salesman I have ever met ( I work in retail) He wasn't pushy and didn't try to do the big upsale and made me feel really confident in making my decision. His team are lovely and I know that even after my purchase I am welcome to pop in with any questions that may arise. The manager of the branch and his motability sales consultant 'Steve' are extremely helpful. Listened to my circumstances, requirements and found me a vehicle straight away. Which was collected with two weeks. Couldn't ask for more from a 'main dealer' This branch was the only one's in the hole of the South East that would accommodate my request. So glad I found them after ringing round every dealer from Ford, VW and Seat/Cupra in the south East, I'd never go elsewhere now. Even if it does mean an hours drive, each way. 5 stars just isn't higher enough in my opinion. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I came to the Sidcup branch to purchase my first car a short time after passing my test as a 40 year old, it was a quite intimidating thought to have to deal with all the unknown things regarding buying a car, but we met and were brilliantly looked after by Sukhvir, who was very informative, friendly and patient with our questions. We felt very comfortable with his recommendation of car and he explained everything really well for us. Recently purchased my first car here since passing my driving test just before Christmas. Firstly I must add that I very rarely write reviews but when I do it’s because the service I have received has been above and beyond outstanding. WJ King Seat Sidcup over the years has helped me now with the purchase of not just one but three SEAT cars that I have purchased overtime on PCP most recently my Seat Ateca. Family and friends often ask why I always go for a Seat and why I would very unlikely ever stray. My honest opinion is they are great value for money, very stylish, have great engines and are just fantastic to drive. Now to the main reason as to why I always return to the WJ King Seat Sidcup Branch.. Ashley, Duncan & Steve who over the years have all been apart/involved in the sales of my previous and current car are more than just your normal salesmen, not only do they provide excellent customer service from start to finish always going above and beyond to make sure that you are 100% happy with the purchase that you are making, but you can really see that you are more than just another customer to them and I really can’t thank them all enough for making my experience every time a positive one. I dealt with Ashley ide, it was my first car as well as a mobility car. When it came to understanding paper work and picking the right car for me, he took extra care, understanding and time. Throughout the whole process and since collecting the car I have been able to call to speak him and any questions have been answered. He was very friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process and even explained he had training with in SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) which for me personally made the whole experience a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. When I was at the dealer ship all the other staff were very helpful, understanding and respectful while I waited to be seen by Ashley if he was with another customer. I couldn’t recommend the dealership or Ashley enough!

I purchased a Car through WJ King SEAT Sidcup. Their Sales representative that assisted me was Brooke who was so helpful towards me right from the start. She was so welcoming, really professional and courteous and explained everything I needed to know about WJ King SEAT in detail. I felt so reassured right from the onset, which was so comforting. I had been searching for an appropriate car for my personal needs for some time, (i.e being a carer for an elderly mother and working full time, so my time and needs are always stretched). So wanted to make a good decision when purchasing a new one and selling my previous car which wasn't ULEZ compliant. But Brooke was really patient with me, didn't rush me in any way and I felt she understood my needs for an appropriate car. So she really helped in working with me I felt to find the right fit. Asked for a puncture repair and tyre report. Left car with them and when they called me they told me they fitted a tyre and asked ‘ I hope that’s alright?’ Surely you don’t carry out any work until authority is given? What if I didn’t have the required funds to pay for it? A little training required I think. And tyre report was not remotely informative.

We want to purchase a new Seat Ateca but were almost put off by the attitude of the sales staff because we hadn't made an appointment. He redeemed himself somewhat when explaining our options then lost our interest when he couldn't offer a test drive. We have since found a much better offer via the internet, we still have to wait 6 months due to a microchip shortage but we did secure 0% finance and a £2500 contribution from Seat with a total saving of very nearly £7000 from a dealer called JCB in Ashford

I have so far very positive experience with this place. They made a small repair under warranty (non mechanical, related to infotainment), today they did 1st service with oil change, very reasonable cost and quickly handed the car back. Also, the car has been washed and vacuumed, which I didn’t expect from a non-premium brand, so I was positively surprised. The only fly in the ointment might be occasional lack of courtesy cars available, but all in all I can definitely recommend this garage.

Today I had an issue with the Turbo Actuator failing on my 2015 Ibiza, although I live quite far from dealership I had my car towed to them using the AA. So quick and efficient they had my car fixed within a few hours of it arriving there. Service department really friendly and helpful also the sales team here are just as friendly and helpful aswell, this is my second Ibiza I've purchased over the past few years from them.

Just felt I had to write about the great service I received this week, from the service desk staff, Jason who took care of my car, Paul in sales and lastly but certain not lest, to the amazing young man who valets the cars and kindly cleaned my seats and did a great job. Great team work from every part of the business.

Everything was done under warranty, so it didn't cost me a penny. My car developed a missfiring. After exchanging camshaft, solenoid valve, 4 injectors Seat UK have decided that my car needs a new engine. Guess what.... Nothing changed. So, finally, they decide to change ECU unit, which solve the problem permanently. Job was done to very high standard. Whole process was very time consuming, which is down to formalities required by SEAT UK.

I emailed the fealeeship as looking for a car for my son and received an immediate response. After taking all the information Simon Luton accepted the challenge and found a car! Superb service from this dealership when purchasing an Ibiza for my daughter. Brian Florence could not have been more patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Test drives were arranged promptly and there was no feeling that they had to be rushed. Once the order was placed we were kept informed and the car even arrived earlier than expected. On pick up Brian spent a great deal of time explaining the controls etc. and he was happy to ensure that all out questions were answered. Added to all of this we are offered a good deal. This is a small showroom where individual attention is given. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership wholeheartedly and would certainly go back if another car is needed.

These guys are fabulous, they have consistently been helpful and yesterday one of the sales guys reinstalled my internal mirror free of charge. I previously owned a Skoda and had to deal with Arbury in Leamington Spa, they charge for everything including the diagnostic when they did the work! You could not get more different dealer experiences.

After visting other delaerships and having the worst customer experience, I walked into Seat and got welcomed by Paul. Paul is by far the most helpful car salesman I have ever meet, he has been so out going from start to finish and trustworthy. I will be driving of with my first car next week, I'm so glad I choose seat over the competition 10/10!! Highly recommended!

Brilliant service. I took my car back under warranty having only bought it 3 months ago from another dealer hundreds of miles away, only to be told the fault wasn't covered under warranty. WJ King rectified the fault and supplied me with a courtesy car for free. Now that's what I call service. 5 stars from me.
