  If you have a problem with your car, definitely don't go there. I went to the consultant for a diagnostic, I asked if I could wait, he said there was absolutely no need to wait, I went home and they called me 45 minutes later and I went back and they said there was a noise in the transmission, they said they couldn't find the problem on the display because the light wasn't on. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a diagnostic, and I asked how much I owed, they wanted 180 pounds.

  Good Service Overall, But Missed on the Complimentary Wash I recently had my Suzuki Vitara serviced at Suzuki Bromley. The team carried out the service and health check professionally, and I’m pleased that my Service Activated Warranty has been renewed for another yearvery happy with that part. However, the invoice mentioned a complimentary wash and vacuum, which unfortunately wasn’t done. When I asked at collection, I was initially told it had been completed, but later informed it couldn’t be done as it was close to closing time. While the overall service and staff were polite and helpful, this small detail was a bit disappointing. Still, I appreciate their good technical work and would consider returning in future.

  We recently purchased a VW Golf from WJ Kings at Swanley and it was an easy, friendly, no pressure experience. Terry and his colleagues made me us feel welcome and valued and he was very patient and knowledgeable answering all our questions without making us feel pressured about buying. The car was in immaculate condition and we were left with the keys to inspect it at our leisure. Terry arranged a test drive there and then and we were kept informed all along the way with the progress of the car whilst it was being prepared for us pick it up. Terry even went the extra mile by delivering the car himself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car and will consider W J Kings again for any future car purchase. Really impressed. Thank you!   Amazing work from the team, I have to say that WJ King Bexleyheath are way ahead of the game with their best performance towards customers. Sent in my vehicle for a repair/service and left the vehicle overnight as it would take them a bit longer which was okay as they had notified me beforehand and giving me updates. When I went to collect the vehicle, the team had done everything perfectly and even had my car washed and ready for me in time. The service is absolutely brilliant with Peter and Deanna looking after me, I don’t believe they are recognised for effort they have put in but I have to give them credit and their service team for doing additional without charging me. Wish I came from the very start and would recommend 100%, thank you. Great customer service, great care of the vehicle and top notch service.

  We were very satisfied with the level of service, as we had 2 older cars to trade in towards our chosen vehicle. We dealt with Sukhvir from the start, and all stages were explained in normal terms. Our vehicle was well prepared, and functions explained before we left. This is the 2nd car purchased from this branch, both with excellent customer service.   After just buying a car from this garage I will say their service is first class. From the initial contact with their call centre to book an appointment to test drive the car, to meeting Russell and discussing options test driving, sorting out purchasing the car, agreeing a price for my part exchange. The whole purchasing experience was absolutely amazing. I requested a battery degradation test which she to the garage being linked to a Kia garage this read completed really and came back at 100% battery state which was amazing. The car is a dream, drives extremely smoothly and was a great price for the features it comes with. Kudos to Kia they really put a lot of tech into their cars. The whole buying prices was very smooth and Russell provided regular updates reassuring me about the whole buying process. When collecting the car Spencer breezed through this process and part exchange, ensuring that I was happy and knew what I needed to do, as well as helping setup the car for me to drive away and connect the car via the Kia app. It was also reassuring when he said that the car buying process doesn't end when I leave and if if have any issues or questions to call up. Thank you for the great buying experience and a top car.

  (Writing on behalf of someone in my household), Purchased a VX Corsa 2017. The car was in immaculate condition and process was smooth and helpful, they had a good tank of fuel for me all paid for which is unlike most other dealerships. We had a concern with a noise from the engine (paranoid after previous experiences with cars) which turned out to be nothing but rather the normal noise from the car compared to previous vehicles, they came and picked the car up and looked it over all free of charge even providing a courtesy car in the mean time. Spencer was absolutely amazing, I wish I purchased my own car from here just for the future security!! It is clear they aren't just there to sell a car but actually provide a quality motor vehicle, provide upmost service during & even after purchasing with their warranty covers. Please do use this dealership and save yourself any hassle you may experience elsewhere. Thank you!

  What a fantastic service this is. The manager Micheal is so kind and helpful. Our sales advisor chantelle, so so lovely. She is available to help us seems like any time. She has been very patient with us as we have just got our first electric car and it's been tough. The showroom is stunning and spotlessly clean. We are always made a coffee and every staff member is super friendly. Margaret at service area is very kind and funny and today we met Olivia who gave us some brilliant advice about the app while chantelle and Micheal sorted our car. We will never go anywhere else.
